Steve Waterman founded Renocreations Ltd. in late 2006 following over 20 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.
Our commitment is to provide quality design and construction solutions for both custom existing home renovations and custom new homes.
Renocreations’ clients benefit from Steve’s long and diverse experience along with his strong client service, communication and organizational skills.

Steve has enjoyed first-hand exposure to many facets of the construction industry including roles as apprentice electrician, designer, estimator, project and site supervisor. Steve’s progressive work experience has also included roles as both Estimating Manager and Construction Manager for a number of well-established, Calgary-based homebuilders. In addition to his wealth of practical experience, Steve has balanced his skill set with continued education.

Renocreations Ltd. is also a member in good standing with the Canadian Regional Home Builders Association (CRHBA), RenoMark and the Better Business Bureau and is also a provider of the National New Home Warranty.
Being a member of RenoMark, Renocreations must adhere to a strict Code of Conduct that includes:
• being a member in good standing of the CRHBA
• abiding by the CRHBA Code of Ethics
• providing clients with a detailed, written contract/scope of work for all jobs
• providing a minimum two (2) year warranty on all work (except minor home repairs and items covered by manufacturers warranty)
• carrying a minimum of $ 2,000,000 in liability insurance
• having WCB coverage where required and/or work only with sub-contractors who have WCB coverage
• carrying all applicable business licenses
• maintaining a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures, safety acts and technical skills through continuing education
• maintaining a safe and organized worksite
• returning phone calls to clients within two (2) business days
