In doing so, Renocreations utilizes some of the most established and reputable trades and suppliers within Calgary in order to ensure value and quality workmanship with respect to the following comprehensive scope of services:

Design Build

• design consultation

• preparation of working drawings

• development of project specifications

• permit applications

• provision of engineering reports (if applicable)

• manage, schedule and coordinate the building process

Custom Renovations*

• kitchens

• main floor/upper floor remodels

• only reputable, established and professional trades and suppliers are utilized

* - including requisite work regarding custom cabinets, electrical, plumbing, lighting fixtures, countertops, flooring (including hardwood and tile), windows, appliances, drywall and painting, along with working with existing Architects / Designers and including a complimentary Interior Design consultation service session (conditions apply)

As a member of both the CRHBA and RenoMark, Renocreations provides a two (2) year warranty on all renovation work (except minor home repairs and items covered by manufacturers warranties) and, as a provider of the National New Home Warranty Program, Renocreations provides a comprehensive one (1) year warranty in addition to all manufacturers warranties on all new custom homes.
